If you no longer have the app, email williamawere@hotmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my GYM account". I will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days, usually much sooner.
In the app you can delete workouts, cardio sessions, progress photos, posts, comments and Gym Genie answers one at a time, from where they are shown. To have anything else removed, such as all your photos or all your messages, email williamawere@hotmail.com from your sign-up email and say what you want removed. I will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Your profile, workouts, cardio sessions and routes, steps and health readings, photos, voice notes, messages, friend connections, game history and settings are permanently erased.
Payment records are kept by the company that took the payment (Google Play, Apple or Stripe) under their own rules. Crash reports already sent to Sentry, my crash-reporting service, are removed when its standard storage period ends. Nothing else is kept.
If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store or in your iPhone settings as well.
